The Ballplayers Foundation breaks down financial barriers preventing underserved youth from accessing athletic opportunities. We provide support for registration fees, leagues, tournaments, uniforms, and other essential costs to get kids on the field or court. We believe an athlete's future should be defined by their passion — not their financial circumstances.

What is the Ballplayers Foundation?
The Ballplayers Foundation is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 2022, that provides financial support to underserved youth athletes in South Florida so that cost is never the reason a child cannot play.
What costs does the Ballplayers Foundation cover?
Grants help cover registration fees, league fees, tournament and competition fees, uniforms, and other athletic opportunities for qualifying youth athletes.
Who is eligible for financial assistance?
The Foundation generally supports families with a total annual household income under $75,000 who have one or more children or dependents. Families outside those criteria may still be considered if they are facing financial hardship or other qualifying circumstances.
How many athletes has the Ballplayers Foundation helped?
From 2022 through Summer 2026, the Foundation funded 233 athletic opportunities and deployed $68,106.76 in financial assistance, and 100% of sponsored athletes completed their season.
Are donations to the Ballplayers Foundation tax-deductible?
Yes. Ballplayers Foundation Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 87-3101378), and donors receive a receipt for their records.
